Our Homeowners' Association works hard to maintain the community and keep our common areas usable and in good repair. Our neighborhood park is fully fenced and nestled behind the homes on E. 22nd St towards the front of the community. We host community events here throughout the year. Neighborhood Owned Greenbelt w/Creek

One of our resident's favorite features is the beautiful greenbelt in the center of the neighborhood which features a small flowing creek, mature trees, and is home to several families of ducks.
